It’s easy. Purchase a bubble wrap mailer and wrap up your inclusions safe and sound. You’ll get the shipping address in your confirmation email.Please write your name and order number on the bag you put your inclusions in!

As soon as I receive your inclusion it is immediately labeled with your name and stored securely until I am ready to complete your order.

Once your inclusion has been received by me, it is labeled with your name and order number, ensuring there is no mix-up. I only work on one order at a time as an extra precaution, guaranteeing that your inclusion is used correctly for your unique piece.

Ashes: 1 tsp

Hair: Small bunch, around 30-50 pieces

Flower Petals: At least one petal, but if you want me to do more than one flower, send another petal from the flowers.

Dirt: 1 tsp

Fabric: At least a 2in x 2in square

Yes! It’s very common and safe when properly packaged. I’ll guide you through exactly how to prepare your package, and I recommend using a tracking number for peace of mind.

Sterling silver will tarnish if you don't take care of it. Keep your Jewelry as dry as much as possible. Take it off when washing your hands, taking a shower or swimming. Keep it in an airtight bag when it's being stored. Do not wear it if you're doing something that causes you to sweat like at the gym. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals. Use the included microfiber cloth to polish it. I am not responsible for damage to the jewelry due to improper care.

If you plan to wear your piece frequently or every day, I highly recommend choosing sterling silver or white gold plated jewelry. Gold plating can wear off over time, and I can't guarantee how long it will last. It could be a few months or up to two years. Because of this, I suggest considering rose gold or yellow gold plating only for pieces you plan to wear occasionally.

All silver jewelry will tarnish over time, but you can prolong it's life by following the care instructions. I will also send you the instructions with your piece(s).
